The Unified Patent Court provides practical information about the upcoming launch of the case management system (CMS)

The UPC will offer a dedicated CMS platform to allow external users to practice Entry Into Force (EIF) functionalities. This practice period will start as of the 29th of May and will last for an unlimited duration.
The environment will be the same as the current Sunrise practice: CERUS https://cerus.unified-patent-court.org/login, on which the EIF functionalities will be activated.
